Players, when they reach their peak average, stop showing progress. This can either be due to late promotion (where they lose 1 progression point every day with a red P) or because they have very low forecast which has already been attained. No specialized training will change that now, their averages will keep on decreasing until retirement. You can sell them and hire a a few years younger players (obviously look for progression and forecast when doing that). |
