Manager B also needs player A from manager A. Manager A might have more money than his friend, so he can start the transaction. Let's say both players are worth around $100m. Manager A does a TA for player B at about that price. Manager B accepts, has enough money now, and can now do a TA for player A at the same price. Note however that the transaction has to be within market prices for both players otherwise, a fiscal will appear!	11/05/2015 09:21
