Usually, when there is a system bot playing in the next division above you, an offer might come for you to take the place. However, this offer is sent randomly. You cannot also receive offers to occupy the position of a team which is two divisions ahead of you, like division 4 to division 2, division 5 to division 3, etc. 		09/05/2015 06:32
