Method 1) Keep checking here: http://en.strikermanager.com/empleados.php?accion=lista&existe=1&tipo=5 and see if a good coach appears. Method 2) Related to Method 1 - You can hire the cheapest available coach and then immediately fire him. This generates a new coach. Hire the cheapest again until a desirable % coach appears. This method is often referred to here as staff/coach roulette. You pay double the coach's salary to fire them (hence hiring the cheapest each time) and there is no guarantee someone else won't hire him first. We all see the same list of available coaches. You are unlikely to find a coach above 95% in this way, so most people settle on, say 85-90% coaches and then increase them by... Method 3) You can use your cash to put the coach on a course, which will improve the coach by 1%. This gets increasingly expensive for each % your coach improves. Method 4) You can use 100GB to put the coach on a degree, which will improve the coach by 2%. This is probably the method used by most managers with 99% coaches. Method 5) You can retire a player to your Hall of Fame and then re-sign him as a staff member which adds a certain % based on certain variables. Improvements to the coach's % using method 3 and 4 do not add to the coach's salary. As for method 5, I don't know how your former player decides his weekly value. The same applies to junior coaches.
