 Good but bad answer. Well, players keep training till they retire, but they stop improving their characteristics when they reach their potential or when they are around 29-30. It really depends on each player, however by watchin the progression graph of the player you can see if he has still margin of improvement with the training.

PS: when a player is in his 30s when he trains he loses points of his average and a red arrow is displayed desires him in the squad page 		02/05/2015 14:00
