You do not just train your players anyhow. You train them based on what you want them to have (if you are going to keep them in your team) or what is in demand (if you are going to sell them).

An IM can serve his position, as well as that of an OM. With that training table I have linked across to you, you'd see the kind of trainings that will achieve both holding and attacking features for your IM and every other player you wish to train.

Mids

you can train xIMs with these:

indepth pass x2
shot on goal x2
ball control x2
running x2

you have sprint in place of running for xMs

DFM will do better with defense training and little of that...

And OM is out of it dribbling instead of ball control!

So you have select the position you use wisely for better result!
