I suggest @s make some list of few good suggestions and give to devs.

I know this have been done long time ago but there are a lot of great suggestions here and they will put some updates next season and maybe some of the suggestions will be put with them.

This thread has become fairy tales thread for +1s

I did message the admin with a few links from suggestions and also talked to him about simulator problems. He's put all of them to his recommendations and will be submitting them. I'll also be keeping in touch to know what they're planning to do next in the game. 03/04/2015 16:45

System bot teams suggestions:

-Remove inactive manager's team (this is a bug, managers who have been offline for +45 days shouldn't have team).

-Remove all the points from the system bot teams at the end of the season.

-Reset ALL the bots at the begining of the season.

I think this is extremely unfair and will only exacerbate the problem of Striker Manager having such a low population. No game should reset a gamer's account if a person chooses, whether on purpose or because of genuine circumstances in their life, to leave a game for an extended period. Fortunately it's generally unheard of, with this being the only one I know of to have such a miserable practice.

However, if such an unpleasant and anti-gamer attitude is to be employed then at worst it should only affect the first team if the team falls below the minimum requirement to play a match. The team's stadium, employees, Juniors and finances should remain intact assuming the team remains in profit.

To reset a gamer's whole team, I imagine in many cases, would ensure a gamer that has temporarily left the game doesn't bother to return at all. This game needs ideas that encourage, maintain and help build it's population, not ones that stick a middle finger up at those that might otherwise have been loyal and may well return from taking a break.

However, I do like the idea of resetting a team but under different circumstances.

I would suggest that all fines and point reductions are removed as a punishment and complete team and account resetting be handed out to those who break the rules. This would make the gamers that consider playing in an unscrupulous way think twice about their actions, and would ultimately make the game more fair for honest gamers.

Actually I would take it a stage further and while introducing such a punishment I would like to see all gamers who had previously been fined or had points deducted, regardless of experience or position within the game, suffer the same consquences! I think this game is outrageously soft on these people and does not do enough to discourage people from breaking the rules. In many respects the game actively makes rule breaking an attractive proposition for those who lack the ability to play honestly. Alternatively throw all of the previously fined and newly fined gamers into a separate server, banning their IPs from the main game. I think this would benefit every honest gamer. Honest gamers could then compete on an even playing field, while the 'unscrupulous' get to fight it out with each other and no doubt see who can break the rules the best in their own little world. The shake-up this would cause may prove to be beneficial in encouraging newcomers to stay as those with ability will earn promotion or have success against genuine gamers rather than potentially competing against dishonourable, morally-impared gamers.

Unfair? LOL
If you're offline for 40-45 days it's suppossed that you lose your team, it always has been that way till this bug appeared, I've reported it several seasons ago to the devs and it's recognized as bug by them, but the didn't solve it.

What would you think if a +1 year incative manager would promote to div 4 ahead of you, only because his team has more average than yours and is still using advance formation?

I could just as easily be beaten by a manager who'd left his team for days as much as I could to one who'd not touched his team for months. The quality of the team and the tactics employed determine whether the win. It makes no difference to me whether the manager adjusted his team minutes before kick off and is sat on his computer watching the game live as I am, or set his team up a year ago. His team is still competition. I'd rather beat him than an AI team. And if he wins, then he clearly had a better team and tactic. If such a team stopped me from being promoted this season.. who cares!? If I got that close to promotion I could do it again. And besides, what about the people who are unlikely enough to end up in a league with some incredibly hard teams that have been demoted. That's really tough. Bumping into a absentee manager is not a concern. All that matters is the quality of the competiting teams. How often the managers of these team pop into the game is of no consquence to me.

Resetting someone's account is wrong. It's not a coincidence that this is not common practice in the industry. Can you imagine how angry gamers would be if other games did this? If the argument is all about promotion I think this is an incredibly weak excuse especially for this game and the way it's designed. There are hundreds of managers playing this game that sit in leagues for years on end. So not being promoted is hardly an issue, if it is you're playing the wrong game, surely. So, if I'm not promoted this season, I'll wait for next season. Not promoted then I'll wait until next year. Not promoted next year... I'll wait until the year after. That's how everyone else is playing, that's how the game plays, I'm fine with that. So using the excuse that someone's chance of promotion may be affected because another gamer leaves his team to run automatically is weak, is pathetic, and is unfair. Our enjoyment of the game should never be at the expense of another persons; and certainly no gamer should wish to have another's time and money thrown away; that's really f****ing nasty!

As I mentioned before, at worst, if matches start to be suspended due to an ageing squad and injuries, sure, reset the squad, but the account should be left alone. The only time a manager should lose a team, as is stated clearly in the rules, is if the team goes bankrupt. If the developers really are desperate to shut down the teams of absent managers then the game needs to be designed to require continual attention; as it happens it's not. This prior automatic reset probably partly why some managers never bothered to return. Asking an Admin to close down an account, and have another gamers efforts thrown away, is incredibly selfish. I wouldn't do it. I have faith in my abilities to feel this won't be an issue for me, but equally I accept that this game is designed to have me eventually sit in a league for months on end. After all the aim of the game is to just sit in league one forever more, so what difference does make how long it takes to get there?!

All the games like this one remove teams after 45 days of inactivity, so I wouldn't complain about this thing since it is common practise. However I agree with not resetting supporters and stadium since a div 4, or 3 or 2, bot team needs to be of a reasonable quality. Having bots at some level is a big drop in revenues for active teams
