 Please remove all suspended games from the calculation of average attendance.. cup, league, or private league.

I just had a suspended cup game.. and since cup games are assigned with barely 24h notice, there's not enough time to recognize the need to reset, ask for it, and wait for a @ to notice and perform the reset. 		01/04/2015 18:33
