Any players left in youth after age 18 lose 1 prog per day.. and since you promoted at 22, his progression is 1. But the red arrow shows that the player has reached his maximum forecast, and it's all downhill from here. That doesn't mean the player is ineffective.. it just means he won't improve any more. Don't worry about it much.. if the game wasn't challenging it wouldn't be fun! |
