I agree more established players with everything in place should be training youths for long term profit, someone looking to grow quickly, not so much. Also until div 4 the football side of the game sucks, so why on earth would you stay playing bots for zero fun or tactical learning? That is my reasons anyway, or at least it was now i am in div 4 i will start with that but still not priority 1. I am enjoying the game and think i am doing ok at it to be honest. Sure a new team can't buy 90 prog players right out of the gate, but the profit margins on players under 85 prog is so tiny that many higher div teams just keep them in their schools, so theoretically you could search through top teams schools and message them and end up with some 80 prog players for nothing. Or you can scour the market and find some on auction for cheap. Then you're building a good base and the players are growing with your progression through the ranks of the game, and you can basically sell off youth players to build the rest of your team. Not training youth isn't the end of the world, but it's the way to advance. You don't have to have incredible youth, but having none isn't the way to go. |

Or you can scour the market and find some on auction for cheap. . i use to do this when i was div4 totally works  and mr_euskaltel is right in one sense : u must have a 85+ youth coach in order to train well ( everyone starts with poor coahes) no point signing 85+ youth if your coach is 20% |
