We HAVE 79 MEMBERS 35 FANS 12 SUPPORTER already and we are ready to wellcome More . STAFF WORK AND DUTIES. they can be change anytime if there not doing their job and if any of them did login for 1week the president can order the director to change the person and the director can not be changed. Only the LAWYER, OFFICER, DIRECTOR can team up together to change the PRESIDENT AND HIS VICE if dey did not login for 2weeks *PRESIDENT AND *VICE PRESIDENT= there work are to discurse on issues together before making discission and to control all staff and members they can change any staff *OFFICER= are check to members post and vestigate on issues that they have and give the information to the reporter *LAWYER= make final discission on any problems *DIRECTOR= help staffs and members on what to do on issues *MEETING HANOUCER= post any urgent meeting that was ask by the director for members *ADVICERS= are to advice members and staffs on issues at hand *Reporter first before reporter can tell the president or vice president *STAFF INPECTOR= Is to make sure the staff are doing their work and to know those that are not login in again amonge the staffs and tell the reporter We have 3CUPS to be played every season in UNITED MANAGERS here 1. do u know that Playing SM is not a simple matter. Early in the morning you have to check did your players recover the strength and renewed for everyday matches (friendly or competitive), adjust tactics and starting 11 players, to see if there be any offer for your players, whether on the market are good and cheap players for sale, check production in the store, check the schools etc. In addition, you should be prepared for the upcoming game (physically and mentally), get free working / gaming space from unwanted people in order to smooth yell at players and referees like you're in on the game. Then, depending on the result, followed by a further series of behaviors - the cheerful or cheerless character, you have to improve the quality of your team as well as purchase and / or sell players, further adjust tactics, contacting friends for help, posting on forums and more lot.
