Yeah! You're right. Some teams do get alots of Awards"PLAYERS", That'll be a bad and wrong idea giving the Best 11 of the same team awards. I think there should be a way of compesating those players. For Example: Top 11 best players should be given a free Skills base to their position/wings. Giving them these will improve their Abilities. This is a really bad idea given the way teams promote/relegate. It goes along with other people suggesting that they will intentionally relegate to get GB's the following season say in Div 5 from Div 4 instead of staying in 12th place. How about if I relegate to Div 5 and my entire team is best 11 and they all get a skill point? Lower Div managers would be very upset at that. Skills are based on experience and that is how they should remain. They are an appropriate incentive to increase the leadership attribute and reward managers for retaining players rather than turning over players constantly. As it is, there are any number of older skilled players available in the auction (I have two right now) for reasonable prices that will significantly enhance a Div 5/6 team. Finally, consider the number of sysbot teams in Div 5/6. Are those Div really competitive enough to reward Best 11 with a skill point given the number of sysbot teams? Mickon said: Yeah! The Crucial thing is this, Managers that'll be given GB's; will the GB's show on their team's Profile?? If it's a good suggestion and doesn't have a ton of loopholes then it could well be considered. Who knows? But I sense you being 9 points clear at the top of your league was a big factor in you making this topic. Even though you won't be able to do the same thing when you're in Div 4. |
