Hi.. I've seen Parking the BUS strategy in many teams. I'm very interested to know if there exists a TIKI TAKA team who survives in SM in top 2 divisions just like Barca or Spain with 100% passing game. |

I don't think it's really possible in SM as the sim isn't reliable enough to know you want to control possession. The only thing I can think of would be to group your players really close in your formation and turn passing all the way down. I still don't think it would work with much effectiveness in any competitive division. |

Barca made its bones by having forwards aggressively pressuring the opponent D before they could pass to the midfielders. Not sure how to implement that bc there's nothing for the man-marking of forwards on the defenseman. Yes, passing, but that happens at most levels and without the hyper pressure, the same players aren't as effective... thus, spain's performance at the last WC. |
