I wasn't going to step in, but the answer to "how do I lower my weekly expenses?" is not "pay your staff more money so you can take out more expensive loans". We know this from reality, loans are expensive. The best way to reduce costs is to lower your employees' salaries, staff and players. 50% of my weekly expenses is on my senior squad salaries alone. Staff You only need to look for the best possible coaches. These will be expensive, but will make you money in the long run. ALL OTHER STAFF can be at around 60%. No lower, but there is a maximum efficiency of each staff member, whether they are 60% or 99%. A physio cannot add more than 10 to the players' stamina, so once he does that, keep him forever, and don't pay any more. A good doctor increases the CHANCE he will take 4/5 weeks off a player's injury, but it is probably more efficient to make sure you constantly run your doctor, rather than paying 400k for a 95% doctor. You shouldn't be relying on loans anyway, so 60% financial manager will be probably a pretty good balance. Players I would say 90% of all the players in UM have too high a release clause (RC). Try to use the RC as a way of making money, so set the RC at a certain amount you would be happy to sell at. If you train that position (so expect his avg to grow) make the RC a little higher. Example: RC of my player (who I will NOT train) = amount I paid for him + tax + % profit I am happy with. Otherwise, if you are unsure how much the RC should be, take a look at that player's similar transfers. While you may really love your 56avg RF now, in future (hopefully soon) you will need a better striker and you will wonder why you paid him so much more than you should have. Many of the other expenses are either 'fixed' (not a flat rate, but you can't change them) or are involved in long term profit (such as stadium expansion). There may be other ways of cutting costs, but I promise you, this is the most important. You can choose to believe me, or not, but I have enough experience to know what I am talking about. Good luck!
