Child's coach
I am at a point with my team where I am considering changes to my lineup and roster but before I get crazy and dump players I have a few questions about the differences in player positions...

I currently play a 3-5-2 and my Defense consists of a RB, CDF, and LB. What is the difference in a RB vs. RDF and a LB vs. LDF. I understand that the RB/LB play more towards the side whereas the RDF plays more central in the back but does that really matter? Is an RB better than a RDF? Or vice versa?

Similar question for forwards...I play with a LF and RF but what is the difference between them and a CF? Is one really better than the other? Does it all come down to tactics and style of play? Thank you in advance for the input and advice and best of luck to you during the season/CUP

the only difference is there training bias. a rf/lf will have a bias towards passing at the cost of shot. simulary a full back will be generaly faster than a cb. however every player is a individual, and not all trained the same.

i cant prove this but i always suspected that full backs in a back 3 is a bad choice, because for me they would win more tackles in a wide position. and win slightly less more central.
