Nice,you need to wait 1 season after you put him in HOF ? Which extension is you use for Win percentage? |

Congratulations. I'm new to the game, so I'm not sure exactly what it means, but is sounds awesome. And here I am excited that I found an 88% Youth Coach today. |

If you have a player/find a player with loads of "Most Valued Player" to his name, you can retire him to your Hall of Fame when he reaches 30 years of age. After retiring him, you wait for another 3 months after which he'll be available to work as an employee for your team, you hire him straight over as your coach.Supposing if you don't fire this 88% coach of yours until then, you can replace him with your retired player and he'll be 90% quality (in general, 2% more than your current employee) working at the same salary, then you can train your coach using GBs to 99%. Edited by yoyoyoyoyo 24-09-2014 18:43 That's because the message only appears the first day of the season, if you retire a player you must wait the current season and the next season, so if you retire the last week you'll only wait 3 months, but if you retire him at the begining you'll must wait 6 months, because a season only has 91 days (this one 92 because server opened yesterday ) |
