You're a great guy and a top manager, Joola! Now, as you probably won't read this far  - what Joola has done here is prove exactly why the form is how it is!Joola said he hadn't enough patience to read down to the bottom of the page, and that he didn't know the structure of the league, in that A2 is equally-weighted in comparison to A1, and that he is soon to (potentially) promote to C1. Might I suggest the two situations are not mutually exclusive? I don't expect people to know every rule or its application in detail - that's the admins' job - but the form is designed to do 2 things, other than its obvious function as an application to the PL. Firstly, it gives me the confidence that anybody who is allowed to participate is aware of the rules and their consequences, as well as how we do things here, and that they're ultimately 'safe' to allow in to our fold. Secondly, if at some later point any manager claimed to not know why some teams were playing high effort against them, thinking it was just a normal PL, then as admins we can justify advocating the slightly more hostile behavior of the other teams in the PL without needing to be scared that our PL is 'bullying' teams, as our friend has agreed to the rules, and having read them.
