This one is a little easier to answer than who is having the best season. However, I have made a slight change from the last win rate update, deciding to include disqualified teams, but -1 win for each violation they achieved. In this way, we can include all 74 Olympians, past and present in the list, while still punishing those who have used too high effort by deducting points in this way. Looking at the stats, it would have been somewhat harsh to exclude Fortuna and Antarctica from the list, as their crime is not as great as Concilio's. It also won't take into account how much harder it is to maintain a win rate once every team is against you (although to be disqualified you must have had at least 3 easy passes), but then the aim of this PL is not to support those teams who break the rules. Some teams can also end up with a negative win rate, which is obviously impossible, but if you're in that position it means you've cheated more times than you've won fairly. Unlike last time, no coefficient for PL strength, just pure number of wins - number of violations, as a %, so some do get it slightly easier than others, but there we go.
