Thanks, guys. @vgates will confirm, I was close to playing 0% and protecting my squad for the other challenges this season, although it was always going to be my B team, so I was never going to invest too much in it. I'm glad I went at it properly, however, the biggest game I've ever played, as at least I know where I stand. That I scored first and didn't go behind until 71mins is really just a bonus. It must have given him a little scare, if he was watching, so I can be proud of that at least! Now I can turn my attention to more down to earth matters, namley putting pressure on 3rd place in my league and winning this damn PL, as I've been threatening to for the past 4 seasons! |
