This thread will list which teams are still in the competition, and which have been disqualified. Subscribe here to be sure of having the latest info on your opponents. Some finer print.... As a member of The Olympus Circle, you have all agreed to be bound by the general rules of the Private League to be found here: http://www.theolympuscircle.cf/competition/general-rules The main principle of this Private League is the ZERO EFFORT RULE. This means, that every Friday after your regular league matches or on Saturday before the first private league matches you MUST set your tactics to use zero effort. You are free to use any tactics, but those tactics MUST also use zero effort. What does that mean in practice? 1) During the private league match, your players (and your opponent's players) run very slowly on the pitch 2) Stamina of the players drops significantly slower compared to regular matches (not more than 8 stamina points) 3) After the weekend, your players are fresh and you can play your regular league/cup matches at full strength 4) During matches played with zero effort tactics, your tactics matter more than in your regular league games, as the playing field is leveled for all. Playing at 0% effort is a useful tool for highlighting problems in your formation and tactics other than effort. Rules: - ALL teams and players in this private league are monitored. - After EACH match in EACH group, the stamina loss from EACH player from EACH team is monitored and analysed. Results are posted here after EACH round. 1) No player is allowed to lose over 9 stamina points per PL game. 2) However, a manager is deemed not in breach of rule 1) if: 2a) he/she has given at least 24 hours notice of his/her intention to play at higher effort, or if... 2b) their opponent is formally listed as being disqualified. 3) Any manager with any player in breach of rule 1), who has not adhered to rule 2) will receive 1 violation point. 4) Any manager whose team accumulates 3 violation points will be disqualified from the competition. 5) Disqualification from the competition means any UNDISQUALIFIED opponent can choose to play above 0% effort without being in breach of rule 1). 6) Under special circumstances, when a player's fitness is below 99, stamina may exceed the limit. Such cases are dealt with individually. 7) In extreme cases, the administration reserve the right to disqualify a team immediately. 8) Promotion/relegation relies HEAVILY on adherance to the 0% effort rule. 9) The Adminstrators' ultimate decision is FINAL. Should you be in breach of rule 1.... - The best thing you can do is apologize to the forum and the manager(s) involved. We are ALL capable of making mistakes, but the integrity upon which the PL is based means an apology goes a very long way. - Do not try to cover up a lie, this will only make things worse. Should you think you really cannot stick to the rules any longer, but don't wish to hurt other teams... - Announce publicly on the forum your intention to step down from the competition. This is generally well-received and will amost certainly not harm any chance of your team being accepted for future competitions. Should you disagree with the administrators' decision... Feel free to send a private message to one or all of the admins and be prepared to discuss the issue maturely and openly. Personal insults will not be tolerated! |

Heeeere we are then, let's take a look at the violations table after R6. C1 A1 A2 So, at this stage we have three teams disqualified from this season's competition. From C1, teams will be able to use high effort against Concilio Et Labore without penalty, and from A1 both Simply Organized Chaos and The Cardiacs will have to weather the storm for the rest of the season. |
