How to replace? Well the dev's just need to add another financial instrument to the game....life insurance... Yes, absolutely. Then they can add insurance policies for each player and we can profit from their death. Then they can add more staff and you can hire Doctor Mengele, and then he can inject your players with illegal substances that were never tested. Few months later, you have players dying on the pitch from heart conditions.... I think this game really needs a dark side to it....sigh Or how about they make a bit of effort and play a little with players personalities? So we have alcoholics and drug abusers.....lmao! You get good money to buy a replacement. You were too cheap to buy insurance for him. Too bad.... |

They can make players with too much leadership in relation to other attributes say have too much testosterone and so gets rage fits. So on the pitch this player can start a brawl and push referees so get lengthy bans. Off the pitch he gets caught in the bed with coach's daughter. So we can get messages ' Your player Randy Semen has violated club harmony by violating your Coach's teenage daughter. He needs to be dealt with'. Then its up to us how we deal with him, by either fining him or selling him. If don't react and let the matter fester then your team morale goes down by 50. As there are disharmony within the team.
