I have struggled to stay in div 3 this season even though my team should be good enough to have stayed.
I am looking for someone in the high divisions that can help me reach the next level and hopefully stay there.

I am playing 3-5-2 at the moment but will most probably change to 4-3-3 next season.

Please advise on what is the formation that is the most efficient for you and about the sliders.

I tend to go more for man marking than average but I do not know if it is wise
