I kept researching payment systems that can work like paypal since that's what @lucifercave mentioned. Here's another payment mode you can add to it.... discovered one that has been before us ever since and most people didn't pay much attention to, which is ""Google Wallet"" Most of us uses android phones and we subscribe for apps through google wallet. Google wallet is trusted and instant and its reliable cos its owned by google and they accept AMEX Discover, Mastercard, Visa cards issued by banks from all countries. All you'll need in order to use this is a google account (gmail). I do subscribe for apps on my phone everytime and it always scaped my mind to suggest this.... its the same way I pay for/subscribe on most apps. But it doesn't have to be only android users that uses this payment method, since paypal is regardless of the phone OS. Pls make it available on all OS and also on desktop.
