Child's coach
Lately most of my promoted school players have been really disappointing. I doubt any will make the first team. Annoying as I am paying a lot for each school. Anyone got advice? 24/04/2014 19:59

Perhaps I should scrap all the schools and just buy players? 29/04/2014 21:56

I did used to get better youth players in previous seasons but now they are really poor.
I have England - high
Germany - high
Uruguay - excellent
All 3 have started producing poor players within the last 2 seasons.
I also have put my Youth coach through a degree and courses but still it seems I would be better spending money on the transfer market.
