I have 99% coaches and a great track record of sticking to my promises with training, and expect the same. Sicox and Oldfirm can both serve as references. Look at my squad, almost all of the forwards that are on my roster have been trained from 14 or 15 yo by me, if you want some idea of how I bring them along. Please msg me or reply here with inquiries. Thanks! Sam Sambizzy, you know that you can keep training that jnr the entire season he is 18 without a progression drop right? If he is 18 next season, you can keep training him in jnrs. You need to promote him the day before the season ends to avoid prog drop. I had an 18 DFM who I only promoted recently because my other DFM was hostiled.... |

Okay, well make that a junior RDF I have then.  So you just promote out of the other teams roster? Or do we get our loaners back a few days before season end? Sorry I can't remember what happens here. |

If it would still be productive I'll consider it. |

When juniors are produced, they always have starting averages right there in the school. Let's say I have three juniors in the China school. Xu Chi - 20% starting average, 14years. Me Yu - 10% starting average, 15 years. Bom Chi - 20% starting average, 15 years. If I promote these guys, Xu Chi would be the most marketable of them all. He'll be maybe 35/14 on promotion. And these are the kind of players newbies buy on the market. So, I'll auction him at $0. Bom Chi might be 35/15, but Xu Chi's age would be more preferable. I only have one LF but with 67/71 future I don't know if he is worthy to train.... I have junior coach for defs too if you want, avg 98 but will be 99 |
