Should premiums be removed from the game?

yeah you are on reason, sorry but it was only to show a thing about Serie A. (the others teams were punished to have tried without success) About the Subject of thread (that is what matter now) I simply think that use Premiums for win a match is something too innatural for the game... and i think also is against the spirit of this game...that is increase, season by season, skills and experience. Simply the use of them ruin this. |

i have only ever used premiums one time and that was only against someone who had used some first  I think a better option would be to limit the amount of games per season you can use premiums on, we always harp on about how some features are not like real life but this is one of the few features that are like real life, many teams offer an added bonus to players and staff if they win an important match. Just my opinion though |

More explicit, yes, and a limitation on usage yes but.... If the premium were stated in a better manner, say to increase the motivation or morale of the team, like a manager telling them they were playing worse than peewee players and it increased their technique x% that would be defensible. As for comparing the premium to paying to win (ref/player throwing a match scandals aside), in RL teams do pay to win - well, at least the billionaires pay to win by buying all of the best talent. But we can emulate that too. Consider GB's being exchanged for in game cash - I spend 10k GB's and receive $1B....now I can buy myself a team. And just like Roman Abramovich, I can buy a team without tactics and formations that doesn't win silverware.....  |

+1 I've never used a premium, and I don't *think* I've had them used against me (but maybe?). Still, I agree with the idea presented here. I'd rather see a GB feature more in the spirit of the Tech Director & Scout features. Basically, those allow players to translate real money into better intelligence in the game. They get more info, they don't necessarily get any direct on-the-field advantage. Plus, even if they FIND good players through GB Tech Director searches, they still need in-game money to actually purchase them. And GB Scout searches only produce prospects -- they need lots (and lots and lots) of time to develop OR they generate some in-game money. None of these is game-breaking. So one thing I would like to see if a GB feature for "in-depth scouting of the other team" -- Basically, a feature that lets you actually see the tactics and/or formation that was used against you. The exact sliders, the exact advanced formations, etc. Note that I mean AFTER the game is over, not before! (that would be ridiculous!  ) It would still need some balancing to make sure it could only be used X times per season, or only in the most recent game, etc. -- but I think it would be really useful for learning better, more useful tactics & formations.-b Edited by Bitterfish 12-03-2014 14:05 |

+ from me - I hate premiums. I only ever use them to even it up when the other teams already played them. One thing I really hate is when someone plays them last minute and you don't have a chance to level it up. I'd quite like an 'auto premium' mode so I always had the same as the opponent. Then it would be pointless to use them! |

any one in my div knows where i stand on premiums, that being said i fully intend to honorably fight for my div 2 survival this season. This game is faulted beyond repair (hence sm2) so i just play it for what it is now. |
