Look dudes, I have one life and i sure the hell don't plan on spending it on this little sim for ever. Been playing for a year and really nothing has happened at all as far as this training players bs goes. So the cheaters rule your game, exchanging, trading, and protecting their own stashes and continuing to dominate this sim. Reduce training time, end all the bs cheaters will be eliminated and this game will be better. right now it's 100 friends just killing the game and you mod's/friends/cheaters are in on it. Where is the real police of this game, is there anyone? |

Where is the real police of this game, is there anyone? There is no cheating in training of the players. Buy 90+ prog players and you will see the difference in training and the time it takes to train players is significantly reduced. Most of the top managers have spent endless amount of Golden Balls doing search+ and time to find the best quality (prog) jnrs / seniors and trained to the level they are today. There are simply no shortcuts to hard work put in by the managers. Manager form PLs and those become a family in the game. They help out each others with players and formations and these are the PLs that make it to the top. Labelling everyone in the game as cheaters does not really help. If you suspect a deal just report it and fiscals will look into the matter. But just dont go on reporting managers for the sake of it. |

Wow man you need to chill out, most of us have been playing for 2-3 years and have been training our players just as long. It's not a short term game man, you just need to relax and play it out one day at a time  Edited by @practicesquad 17-02-2014 10:01 |

i think your main problem is you are treating your juniors like an actual team with 2 players in almost every position. If you look at any of the top teams they choose a position to train and stick to that, I train mids so my juniors are full of DFM LIM IM RIM and OM. I just have a gk and some low prog players to fill the rest of my junior lineup as i can only have 6 mids in my lineup. You should look into doing something like this yourself |

Only train dfm/mid atm. Look more closely bows? The rest are just your fill out the lineups type that may receive incidental training. I trained forwards for 4 seasons some with 88-89 pro and they barely are at 60 overall now and promoted. I know about the train one type only carry one type strategy. I employ it. However when you are a team stuck in div 5-4 you don't make the money to just buy any player you want, unlike all of you responded who are @'s division 2. So your statement is more to my point. Teams hoard the good players and there are not many 90 program to go around. If you increase training time overall or flood the place w/ 90 program then the game would be better and more competitive (Would also fix the outrageous economics by driving player price down.) ***Of course all of you in division 2 may not be there every year anymore if that strategy was implemented you would actually have to be good at everything not just stealing/hoarding players. My excellent schools have never produced a 90 program btw. And it's not about having all one position when training as it's as many fit on active roster in correct position receive best training. I have a full active roster of mids they train ok.... Morale and all that. Good game guys. You can all stay on top it's ok. |

Starting from div 5 takes longer now than it used to for obvious reasons. I've been playing es server for nearly 2 years and I'm only in div 5 with a 75 Ave team. But I know it's a slow process to get better players and I know it's going to take a really long time to get 85+ team. I take it as a challenge. Changing the training system and flooding the market with high progression players is not the way to solve this problem. You will find if you check div 2 and above that most teams are similar average within their respective divs - when it gets like that it boils down to tactics. Your statement that the top teams stay on top is inaccurate in context and I use 'mister cap' and his team as an example. His team average does not match the teams around him, yet because of his excellent tactical skill he sits 6th in div 1. 'FC Hrom' is currently 2nd in div 1, and he has managed to win div 1 a number of times with a lesser Ave squad than his opponents in that div, AND win the cup as well. The idea that players like these (and others like them) achieved their positions through the methods you suggest trivialises their achievements and that's not fair You have to start from the bottom, buy the 70-80 prog players in the positions you want to train, sell them when they're older and work your way up the progression line. When we started there was a lot less money in the game but the price of players was comparative so you still had to work for what you got. Check the start date of bonecrushers team and compare that to those around him. His squad is on par and even greater than many of his opponents despite their massive head start. And many players in this game know how hard he worked to get there and be where he is now. But you know what these players have in common? They all started on general chat asking noob questions like everyone else and learning from those who have succeeded before them, and I know this because I was there when they did it. I love looking at their squads and seeing how far they've come and I would never hold it against them. You want to progress quickly? Get on gen. chat and ask the questions, learn to respect those who have success and maybe you might start getting somewhere. You'll be surprised how quickly people are to help you in this game if you approach them with the right attitude  Edited by @practicesquad 18-02-2014 00:24 |
