Hi guys, What is the the best training program for forwards (CF,LF,RF), wingers & offensive midfields? I can see that juniors get higher training than seniors even though the program is the same. Should there be a different program for the juniors or should they remain the same for both? All advice appreciated much! |

This is kind of optimal provided that all those positions you mentioned are equally important: Day 1: Crossing Balls (training all of them) Day 2: Crossing Balls Day 3: Beating Markers (training all of them) Day 4: Beating Markers Day 5: Dribbling (training all of them) Day 6: Shooting (training all of them) Day 7: Sprint (not training OM) |

Just noticed this while searching for suggestions on general mid training. Wanted to point out that Crossing Balls does not affect OMs at all, so that would only train the forwards & wingers (along with LM & RM). | 22/02/2014 23:35 |
