Do you think it will be fair to implement a monetary system to buy staffs instead of relying solely on luck to get a quality one?

I would suggest to kindly implement a system where we can buy staffs. As the managers progress through higher groups, they should be able to invest more in quality staffs as per their suitability and budget and not be limited by the current system of luck and chance while picking the staff. |

If you want to complain about a manager in the game please use the Report option available in the game. @s will not allow anyone to post manager names and team names to be made public. Hostiling players is a part of this game. Anyone can buy your players by paying their release clause. I think Zinfc is referring to Staff i.e Junior/Senior Coach, Doctor, Scout etc as opposed to players. You can of course pay in cash/Golden balls to increase your Staff percentage by buying Courses and or Degrees for them. | 06/01/2014 20:04 |

this would be unfair to new managers as having a high coach/junior coach helps with making money early in the game. Take the chance of a poor manager getting a good coach away and the gap from the top to the bottom will grow | 06/01/2014 21:46 |

It all depends on what your priorities are. I had great staff from div 5 and put a premium on them. My first 2 seasons have a very high percentage of expense devoted to staff |
