Great Point!! Actually, we have to ask the ppl specially during the end of the season, when everyone comes up with 90% + Coaches.. I didn't get a single offer saying "my coach/youth coach is 85% and I am willing to train your player through out the season".. I got atleast 15 proposals like this(90+Coaches) who were willing to train my player..
BTW, I do have 98% Financial Adviser from Market..
