Dont you guys know the logic of managing, each Manager has his own back room staffs and they will always take them along to any job opportunity they get. I'm not sure what you know. I made a post about money relative to winning titles. You posted "Right,money plays an important role in winning a title,buh Swansea and Wigan did win a title...." What 'title' are you referring too that Swansea and Wigan won? +1 Haykinz (but more than one season is necessary for a manager) I don't care for ManU but this is quite accurate. True fans are fans even when teams don't win. No, Ferguson did that so that he could remain in control of ManU. Maybe you should read some of the interviews with former ManU players. Haykinz is correct in EVERY professional sports league. Managers/head coachs bring in assistants that will fit with the managers style. Managers then switch players around until they get a team that works with their style and strategy.
