To be honest you may not like my response... The best way to find a good coach is to get a whole bunch of money in your account and then play coach roulette. Here's how:-

1. Look at your coach's %age. If you like it then skip to step 3.
2. Click the hire button. If there is a coach with a %age you will accept then quickly hire him and skip to step 3. If not hire the cheapest coach there and then repeat step 2.
3. Do a happy dance and repeat the process for your junior coach. 		28/11/2013 17:16
