hello i'm trying over 2 months to find a coach more than 91%-92% average to hire.....are there any or the max is about 89%-90% and them someone have to give GB or money to make them? can you tell me how average had your coaches(neither senior nor junior) before you training him in high levels more than 95%? | 25/11/2013 23:47 |

I have seen a coach of 94% before. There is no limit whatsoever. Coaches with 89+ percentage have high salaries compared to 10% coaches and below. Lets use a 94% and a 5% senior coach for our analysis. The 94% coach earns $390, 400 while the 5% coach earns $0. Due to the high salary of the 94% coach, some prefer to hire the 5% coach and train him all the way to 99% with the use of GBs. When he gets to 99%, he would still earn $0. The disadvantage here is that it would take forever to train a 5% coach to 99%. However, it would take little time to get that 94% coach to 99%, but he would still earn $390, 400. On the long run, training a low-earning coach is still preferable. |

Most people prefer to find a coach of 85-89% and train them up with GBs. Doing as Ali says would work in theory, but would cost 4700 GBs. | 26/11/2013 03:08 |

My junior coach was 91% when I hired him and my senior coach was 93% when I hired him (both are 99% now). I played a lot of staff roulette to get to the junior coach but the senior coach only took about 25 to 20 switches (IIRC). | 26/11/2013 17:50 |

I "stole" a 95 jnr Coach straight(a manager was doing hire-and-fire). And i've seen a 97 avg Snr coach... But i was in Red.... |
