So is it more efficient to to train LB/RBs, LDF/RDFs or DFMs in conjunction with your CDFs? I mean since the main CDF training overlaps with all those other positions but which one does it benefit the most? |

Ldf and rdf. Dfm needs mids training as well and backs use sprint for speed. |

As you need to put mids into your junior lineup anyway it's best to do LDF RDF and DFM After training your DFMs def stats up you can then loan him to a mid trainer for the rest of his training, or buy a DFM from a mid trainer with high dribble and pass |
