Check out this : - http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=281772 You will find the best training schemes for all players there. Basically, for RM/LM you should be looking at In-depth passing, Ball Control, Sprint and Crossing the Ball with Intercepting Passes if you want to boost his tackling abilities. |

I know that....i am saying is.....as for eg "shot on goal" has +0.623 training...and "penalty shots" has +0.060 then the latter of course in inefficient....so we can discard it from using it to train player....so I am asking is which are the types of training which causes less trained player in a day for lm/rm....as approx there are 14 types of trainig for lm/rm....eliminating less training type gives more efficient training in less time... And I know which training type causes no effect on player at all.... |

Penalty shots do not help LMs/RMs. I'd use: - In-depth passing (X2); - Ball control (X2); Those two are the basics, and they develop passing and dribbling. Sprint is a maximum training as well, but it depends on what you want: a scoring mid, or a pacy one. To complete the 7-day training, - Sprint (X2) - Shots on goal (X1) Make shots on goal x2 if you want a scoring mid. Edited by Ali Agharabi 06-11-2013 17:21 |
