I would suggest that managers should be allowed to loan out a player they promoted from school after resigning him to enable him gain some experience in the game incase if they are surplus to a manager's requirement. 02/11/2013 07:55

That's the point. The hostile market is huge when it comes to players available for loan. Many managers capitalize on that and make lots of money- myself included. You're suggestion cancels that market out, which is good for the one or two players who are dumb enough to keep their players un-resigned for too long, but bad for the many managers who hunt those players.
