what is the best training sequence to make cf speed highest??? |

Speed and crossing the ball are best. Beating markers helps but doesn't raise speed by too much. Edited by @sabrefan62 29-10-2013 01:32 |

alesky said: what is the best training sequence to make cf speed highest??? the first question you should ask is what do you want to be higher, speed or technique? http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=284955 personally i would go for technique first, then speed & strength after. for cfs only i would use 2 x crossing, 2 x attacking headers, 1 x shots on goal, 1 x sprint, 1 x beating markers. occasionally i would add in 1 x penalty shots and 1 x dribbling. |
