I am tired of beating a dead horse & now am asking, if its possible, to add an additional tab in tactics (adv. tac.) allowing you to choose in advanced players which can be subbed in case of an injury. This is so, like many of us have experienced, the most ridiculous substitutions after injuries. Is this possible or am i gonna hear the excuse " they would have to redo the whole simulator"...? | 21/10/2013 19:10 |

They posted an update mid-last season that said they programmed the simulator to take the best bench player available after a player is injured. What happened in your game? | 21/10/2013 20:11 |

A LDF got injured in the first half & instead of putting an available RDF or LB which i had planned on subbing in at the half, they substitututed a LW in his place so i was effectively running w/ 1 DF for over 60 mins. | 21/10/2013 20:19 |

I have never had this problem before. I like to think, however, that a lot of substitution problems come from the advanced tactics- often I hear complaints of substitution errors from injuries and advanced tactics were set for later in the game. I'm not sure about that, it's just my opinion. I have substitution tactics but they're set for more than two goals' lead at the end of games. |

Yea that might be true but there shouldnt be a problem. Its a bit counter-intuitive the way these subs are being made. Whether or not you have subs at any juncture of the game its supposed to be implemented on account of your planning not on a whim like this simulator sometimes does. | 21/10/2013 20:55 |

As I said, I have never had a sub problem so I have no comment. They're updating the BETA simulator next season with a lot of major fixes so we'll see if this is one of them (updates to sim go to BETA before they go to the real one) | 21/10/2013 21:18 |
