Most open title race in years. I am pleasantly surprise that Arsenal are on top of the table despite having about 7 first team members out of the line up and still grinding out wins. If we can keep up until the winter, then I seriously think we can compete for the title, but anything is possible. Club seems to be very happy all around. Long may it continue.  It's surprising United are in the bottom half of the table. Moyes really needs to rejuvenate his team or else they'll drop out of top 4 pretty soon. Will be interesting chatting with my United supporting mate this Monday. The City vs. Villa match was entertaining. I was expecting City to easily sweep Paul Lambert's side, but the Villans put up an amazing comeback. City got robbed for the first goal though as the scorer was definitely offside. The second goal for Villa was a peach of a free kick. Third one was shocking defending against a long ball clearance for Villa's GK, but credit to Weimann for slotting it in. Nonetheless, no excuse for City to have spent over 100m and perform like this. I didn't see the Spurs - Chelsea match, but I have no clue why Mou doesn't play Mata more. When he subbed him in, Chelsea looked amazing again. I heard Torres got a red but was excellent. But seriously, there are no clear favorites to win the title at the moment. We'll get a better picture in January. |
