I train Jr defenders with my 97 coach, soon to be 99, with 80+ motivation, with 6 days guaranteed of training. My Senior coach is 98, also soon to be 99, and training can be negotiated. I really need my GK trained 7 days a week with 80 motivation and up with 95+ coach!
