 I find it really absurd that players are going for close to 100m. I just can't see how you can justify spending Ronaldo-esque transfer fee for a player that has been only being a goal threat for only about 2 seasons roughly. It was only in the second half of the season when he was carrying his team solely by himself. He would only be worth 50-65m in my valuation. Don't get me wrong as I rate Bale highly, but he's certainly not worth 100m.

There will be a lot of pressure from him to deliver as you don't spend 100m and not expect him to put up numbers like Ronaldo and Messi. 		26/08/2013 03:50
