Hello Mr. Wenger and welcome to the world of SM!

It's is a pleasure to finally be joining this community, i hope to have a successful run here.

Hopefully you do, now to start off, tell us a little bit about your overall vision for the team you are going to be managing. Tactics, academy structure, Transfer plans and so on.

When it comes to tactics and such i will not be open to discussions here, but so far as the academy goes we will be focusing on goalkeepers and trying to bring in as many talented players as possible right of the gun. Now on the transfer side we have already gone out and got 3 South American 18 year olds, who we are hoping to develop into stars ourselves, but it is to soon to say much more than that. Although i'd like to add that we are going to be busy on the loan market this season.

Speaking of the new signings, which of the lads do you expect will help or have a bigger impact on the team?

I would have to say Hugo Garré, simply because he is very fast for being so raw, that's a sign of his capability to grow right there, some might say he is a tad to short for the role he will be taking on but i believe what he lacks in Length he well makes up for in speed strength and versatility.

How does it feel coming in late in a season like this? do you feel like you this will be a disadvantage for you or might it be a good thing?

Of course in the beginning it will be a complication, the team did not have the greatest start to the season and we are now in a quite deep hole for the moment. Not that we won't be able to climb out by the end of the season but we won't be in a comfortable position in a long time. One thing that is positive with coming in at this time of the season though is the fact that we don't have the SC pressure, also the transfer craze and release clause night are both over which makes it a bit easier with handling transfer talks.

Moving on to your expectations for this season when it comes to the league and your teams private league, how good are you hoping you do?

Let me start with the private league. We are not putting any importance on that this season, we are just in it for the financial gain and the chance to play the subs and reserves, that's all. On the other hand, in the league the board has made it clear for me that a top 3 finish is what to strive for. The thing with that is, that the top 4 teams this year have very strong squads and i really don't see them moving unless it's by losing points from each other, so me putting it realistically i am hoping for a top 5 finish, less than that and i would probably have failed in some aspect.

Who would you say is the most talented player in your division right now?

From what i've seen so far, noting i have not seen that much, PSG has a large lot of talent and the one that caught my eye was a left winger by the name of Arthur Diomède, he's a rocket and a tank at the same time, with the maneuvering skills of a mini cooper. All of that at the mere age of 20 and you have yourself a future star, that could be playing in any division all the way up to the 3rd, maybe even second in a couple of years.

Wow he must be feeling good after hearing that, well Arsene we have one last question before we let you leave for your busy schedule, if you could bring in one real life player into your SM team who would it be? and explain briefly why.

My choice will not be the choice of the masses, Messi or Ronaldo, but frankly i would be taking one of Wilshere or Theodor Walcott, simply because both would fit into my playing still well. Theo would play as one of my 2 center forwards, taking care of the speed aspect with the second being the "Heading Beast" you see in the likes of Mario Gomez and Ibrahimovic. I would go with Wilshere for his spirit more than anything, he is a fighter, it's that simple and he would be able to run any midfield in the world.

Well thank you for your time Mr. Wenger it's been great having you and we look forward to future encounter with you later on!

First of all thank you for having me, also hopefully i will be a little more a costumed to this environment and more successful in it by then.

We will hold our thumbs for that, This has been Jay with Arsene Wenger here in Striker City Central. If you enjoyed the interview please rate it and reply below why, if not rate anyway and tell me what i did wrong.

Thank you and have a nice day,
Jay
