 I'd first caution that this is a site viewed by youth and adults, so phrasing the question in a more dignified manner is usually best.

Second, most people don't loan to people they don't know. Much less loaning a "decent" (in whatever sense of the phrase - is decent 75 avg? 80+ avg w/low leadership? etc) forward, who may or may not be trained, much less trained properly.

Third, most people have their loan deals sorted out by the end of the season, so when the new season begins, the loan deals are completed. Most of mine were completed the first day the server returned.

Fourth, like the post above noted, post in the Marked -> Loan forum. My advice is to include your Coach %, Training Schedule, Division, and how often the loaned player will play - 3x/week, 4 x/week etc.
