Better for who? The manager with great tactics that people will just copy will definitely not like that. A great manager should be able to analyse, this should be the difference between experienced managers and noobs. |

I don't thing this is a good idea. Managers start copying the formation and tactics of the manager who has the best one. |

I understand your own side view but that cant determine,his/her next tactics/formation to use!
