Anyone Agree with my idea which every team could have "local" school that produce homegrown player...(read & follow this topic)

The thing is though many of the countries where there are a large amount of managers but no school (India, Philippines, Indonesia) don't produce top football talent, so those schools produce players with low prog that in the current game aren't really worth training, so all your school would end up producing every time would be 40 prog, 20 average players that just wouldn't be really worth doing anything with. | 05/06/2013 21:41 |

So...change the system...that any school would have same opportunity to produce some good talent...not depend from the country they are came from...every country should have same "right" to produce good talent...then the proggres depend of how the managet training metode and chance of play....so this game not just end with the player came from spain, brasil etc...with 70 up proggres... 1. Please don't curse in the forum. 2. You can still get good players from a country. Every team that joins gets 1-2 players with good prog. Typically these players end up being the best in the game. Look at the top teams in division 1, a lot of them have players that didn't come from schools. If there were 208 different schools all with equal chances of producing 95 prog players, the game would be nothing but crazy prog players and 6th division would have the same quality players ad 1st |

Put me down for a Low category Indonesia school for 3m, producing a player every 5 days with the same chance of making a 90+ prog player as a High category Brazil school. |
