Players should not lose motivation in positional changes I feel if a player features in your starting line up motivation should be normal,or decrease only a little bit incrementally. This all depends on how far away he is from his natural position. As it stands now players get penalized too much when they change positions. 14/05/2013 22:15

In senior the motivation is higher than subs if out of position (yellow) but if too far out of position (red) it is a lot lower. If my CDF plays as RDF/LDF his motivation is only 2% lower than normal that's close enough,

In juniors if out of position it is low whether only a little out of position or a lot and this is how it should be to stop farming from getting worse

Why should there be any motivation loss?

Players who can actually play more than one position [as represented here by versatility] are without fail happy to play other positions.

Rooney has played mid on occasion.
Ashley Cole isn't always left back.. sometimes he plays right and Bosingwa plays left instead.
Bayern's Arjen Robben made his name at left wing but today plays the entire game as a right winger.
