I suggest that there should be a "mature meter" in a junior player's profile. For example, in a player's profile there is a indication of time when will he mature and be ready for the first team. For example,"5 months time". Do you agree? |

For example, in a player's profile there is a indication of time when will he mature and be ready for the first team. a players will ready to play for senior team if he has 14 age 80 avg 15 age 70 avg. 16 age 60 avg. 17age 50 avg. 18 age 40 avg. 19 age any avg. the jnr. player will get a yellow P sign on above given conditions which will indicate that he can now play for senior team. as for time limit thing. i would say you cannot predict it. consider you bought 17 yr old jnr. defender who has 49 avg.if you won't train for that 1 more a avg. so that his avg. reaches 50.that def. will never get a P sign unless he reaches 19 age.
