aswell as whole team effort we should be able to set the effort each player uses. would bring a whole new tactical element to the game. will probably hugely mess with sim code and i wont hold my breath on this but i think it would be a nice touch. |

I really like this idea. It adds a lot more tactical flexibility to the game. Formations rarely drain each position the same amount and teams rarely have the same amount of depth in different areas. This allows us to fine tune our formations and rewards teams who keep depth in their squad. It also allows us to emphasize a certain style of play and get the most out of everyone. +1 |
