 Ah it's that time of year already when someone suggests international management i think it would be a great idea for managers like me who want a new challenge and is willing to take a sep back and go to less regular games but if international management was brought in their would have to be a major tournament at start or middle or end of season where managers can lead their nations with glory
Problems
Not many nations to manage but I believe their would be enough interested to get all the nations where you can place schools and others just hoping that they would get. Good prog player from free players
Another problem
The big nations would never really see a decrease in form unless. Few other rival nations get a star player and one didn't
And the big schools your Brazil's Argentinas Germany and so on would always be top of world rankings if devs would just test this it would be great
A good thing
Would open up a great squad to a younger manager who would relish the challenge of higher div football

The idea looks nice, like you mentioned it would have to be well organized as a major tournament.
