Dear authors of the game, I am very dissapointed of stupid way of hostile clause was performed on Eastern. It suppose to be a week from the start of new season to have new season protection against hostile clause, but it is basicly only few days after new season start (3). I was hostiled with several players and my best youngsters were stolen. The reason why this happend, is because I was on holiday on mountain and there was snow storm, I had limited connection to internet. When I wanted to connect to the game, game was in progress to create a new season. When I came back, The protection was gone. What I find stupid is start of new season on Friday what is in most countries bank holiday day many people travel and have limited connection to internet and start hostile clause on Monday what is also bank holiday day. Why you didn do it the same way as on end of the year??? And another huge bug in the game is. You should fix the way I have different server time on my PC, on my mobile and my tablet... WTF? I signed all my players to avoid hostile clause and in the morning I found another two of my players hostiled again... I would really apriciate any kind of compensation. |

In the official message at the end of last season, the devs gave everybody more than enough notice about the exact time of the hostile. All you had to do was re-sign your players sometime in that seven days. The same cycle plays out every season. I for one don't think you rate any compensation. | 03/04/2013 02:06 |

The mail regarding the schedule of the new season was sent to everyone way in advance. The server infact came back up on Thursday itself and when you knew for a fact that you would be going for a vacation, you should have resigned your players on thursday itself. The reason the new season starts on Firday is 99% managers are at home over the weekend and can sort out loan deals and resign their players. Only a handful managers really take a road trip every weekend. This has always been this way since the game started. Losing players due to you not resigning them on time, is just bad luck. As for compensation, there will be none. If we make an exception for you 200 odd managers will also stand in queue to get compensation for players that have lost. |

I don't usually feel sorry for hostile victims but the server was down for over 48 hours which is 2 days lost in which he could have resigned. Edited by LeNick 03-04-2013 17:05 |
